Doesn't count
- Cursor open in the dock. You launched it. That's not work.
- Claude Code idle in tmux. A running process is not a session.
- Forty-seven Composer tabs. Unsent drafts earn you nothing.
- "AI-native" in your bio. We read logs, not profiles.
You say you live in Cursor and Claude Code. ShipOrShame reads the logs on your machine, counts the sessions you actually ran, and turns them into a streak, a share card, and a public rank. Leaving the editor open all day counts for nothing.
Free forever. Aggregates only — we never upload your prompts, diffs, or source.
Your dock says you're busy. Your logs disagree. ShipOrShame settles it by reading events, not window focus.
Open the dashboard and know, in one screen, which tool you actually leaned on this week.
Find out whether you're a Cursor person or you just say you are.
Watch the week fill up, or watch it stay empty. Both are useful.
Work laptop, home desktop, that server you SSH into. Same streak.
You don't need another dashboard you forget to open. You need something that interrupts you at 9pm.
12 minutes today. You know what you did. Streak: 47.
Statuslines for Claude Code and Codex, plus a Cursor status-bar extension.
Choose gentle, tough, or feral. Set quiet hours, cap the frequency, or turn nudges off and lose the streak in peace.
Every surface is built to be screenshotted: big number, your handle, real minutes. Nothing here is opt-out — it stays private until you say otherwise.
Download a 1200×630 PNG of your streak and drop it straight into a post.
Put a live streak badge on your GitHub profile. It updates itself.
Send one link that shows your streak, your week, and your tools.
If more than one of these lands, you're the customer.
Nothing syncs until you pair a device to an account. Streaks follow you, not the laptop you'll replace next year.
Magic link or X, about fifteen seconds. Claim your handle — the board, card, and badge all hang off it.
Run shiporshame doctor to see which tools we found, then shiporshame serve to watch logs in the background.
Paste a pairing code from settings. Hit fifteen real minutes today and the streak starts counting.
One binary, no Electron. It reads known log paths only — it never walks your home directory.
go install origin.cursor.com/silverarkmedia/ShipOrShame/apps/agent@latest
Sign in on the site first, then pair the device from settings. After that it runs in the background and you can stop thinking about it.
Tracking, streaks, cards, and the leaderboard are never paywalled. That's the point.
Everything you need to track your usage and prove it:
For when you want to know which repo you were avoiding:
No. Aggregates only: tool, session timestamps, duration, event counts, and an optional hashed project id. Never prompts, completions, file contents, diffs, secrets, API keys, or raw transcripts.
No. It's opt-in and off by default. Your private stats still work. The board, public profile, share card, and README badge only appear once you turn them on.
Fifteen minutes of real sessions — not focus time. Miss it and your streak is at risk. Recovery is thirty minutes the next day, and you earn a freeze every seven days.
Not usefully. Sessions are duration-capped, need real event counts, and you can't self-report minutes. It's an opt-in streak board, not a bank.
No. ShipOrShame is unofficial. It reads local files you already have, the same way other log-based tools in this ecosystem do.
Create an account, run one binary, and let the streak do the talking.
